OVERVIEW

FTC is an experimental platform that explores the concept of Nationality as a tradable commodity. With this app, people can swap citizenships with pre-approved foreigners, essentially allowing them to live in countries that truly fit their beliefs, preferences and lifestyle choices. Unlike other immigration pathways, FTC ensures that for every person coming into a country, one person is leaving. This eliminates the risk of infrastructural strain, which is a valid concern for in-demand countries.

About the project

After signing up, FTC collects basic information about the user. Information collected falls into the following seven categories: food, music, weather, people, politics, economy and faith.

FTC's inbuilt AI tool then uses this information to search for countries where it thinks the user would fit in, as well as people in those countries who are willing to exchange their citizenship with the user. Alternatively, users can pick their desired country.
